Future of Farming for Food and Nutrition Security
Mr Baljinder Singh Nandra participated as an eminent speaker in the webinar on “Future of Farming for Food and Nutrition Security” held on 25th Aug 2020, jointly organised by Rural Development Council and BAMETI (Government of Bihar). His talk was focused on Digital Technologies to support farmers and highlighted the digital Initiatives taken at SeedWorks and in general. He also presented on the use and impact of emerging technologies in agriculture to boost productivity and how it can assist in making strategic decisions for the future. With the advancement in these technologies, the agribusiness sector is in a sound position to meet the needs of a rising population.
