Certificate Seed Learners Program in association with AgMatrix
The Ongoing Certificate Seed Learners Training Program (CSL) started on 23rd October 2021 to equip participants with end-to-end know-how of the seed industry by highly experienced top leaders of SeedWorks International Private Ltd. As part of the Program, on 20th November 2021, a virtual session was conducted by Mr Vinayak Raman Sharma, President, Marketing-Field Crops, on the topic of ” Rural Marketing for Seed Industry, Sales, Distribution, Management, & Extension. “Thanks to Mr Vinayak Sir for such an insightful session which covered essential topics on Marketing Field Crops: Sales and Marketing — Difference, Distributions Channels — Direct Channels, Challenges, Distribution Channels, 2 Layer Distribution, Marketing Channels, Market Width & Depth, Market Share, B2B & E-Commerce, Farmers Campaigns, Pre-Sales — Physical activities, digital media platforms, Post Sales – Physical and Digital ATL & BTL, Strategic Marketing, Branding and Communication, Market Intelligence, Product Development — Aspects and Importance.
Also, he guided on key personal Preferences for the Agri input industry followed by Career opportunities in Sales and Marketing in Seeds Business which was explained in this special session for Agri graduates.
