Webinar- “Emerging ways of customer contact approaches in Seed Industry”.
Mr. Vinayak Raman Sharma, Vice President Marketing (Field Crops), interacted with students of VAMNICOM, Pune and Symbiosis Institute of International Business, Pune on 27th August ’21 and 9th September ’21, respectively. The topic of the webinar was “Emerging ways of customer contact approaches in Seed Industry”.
The session began with an overview of the seed industry, emphasizing that seeds are the most rational purchase in the farming process, where brands matter more and how SeedWorks have travelled this journey. Later in the session, Vinayak emphasized how SeedWorks mitigated the challenge of customer connect in pandemic by exploring the new social media initiatives and how the journey has been so far with the new approach of Phygital.
The session ended with a Q/A session where the young minds showed interest by asking various relevant questions around the seed industry and prevailing agricultural trends.
