Certificate Seed Learners Program in association with AgMatrix
The Certificate Seed Learners Training (CSL)Program is an Impactful Certification from SeedWorks International Private Limited in association with AgMatrix to build the talent pipeline for Seed Industry. As part of the ongoing CSL Program, on 14th November, a Training session was conducted by one of the eminent leaders of SeedWorks – Dr Rajasekaran Rajkumar, Vice-President on the topic of “Seed Quality Assurance and QMS.”
Thanks to Dr Rajasekaran Sir for such an informative & insightful session which covered topics on the importance of quality, importance and principles of Quality Management Systems, different components of quality and the factors influencing it, various quality parameters and their test methods, use of advanced technologies and tools in quality assessment, use of data, algorithms in decision making, environmental friendly biological seed treatment and moving from customer satisfaction to customer delight by value addition.
SeedWorks thanks to all trainees for making these sessions enjoyable by their enthusiastic and interactive participation.
