Dr. Vinayak Raman, has a working experience of 3 decades in Agri Input Industry handling responsibilities of Sales, Strategic Marketing, Business Development and Product Development functions. He has exposure of handling Sales, Marketing and Product Development functions for India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Pakistan and Nepal for field crops. His past working experience is with Bayer, Dupont – Pioneer, Advanta-UPL and DCM Shriram both in Agrochemicals as well as Seeds. He has a credit of turning around the business to profits while establishing new crop portfolios, establishing businesses from foundations and B2B institutional businesses as well. He excelled in career while delivering soft skill trainings to teams, passion for data analytic, executing digital applications for business function and CRM.
Dr. Vinayak has been honored with “Most Talented Marketing Professional” award by World Marketing Congress and also among “50 Most Influential Rural Marketing Professionals” awarded by CMO Asia. He likes to interact with students at Agricultural Universities, Business Management Schools as an Industry expert and is on board of Advisors of Centre of Agri Management, Utkal University, Bhuvneshwar.
He holds a Doctorate degree in Business Management with PGDBA from Symbiosis, Pune and Graduate of Agriculture from CSKPHKV, Palampur, Himachal Pradesh. His two research paper publications so far have been published in International/Scopus Journals and still keen on writing few more.
