Rajasekaran has over 14 years of experience in MNCs and large Indian companies like Bayer Vegetable Seeds, MAHYCO and Reliance Retail. He is associated with SeedWorks since July 2017. He is Ph.D in Agriculture with specialization in Seed Science and Technology. He is gold medallist in doctorate as well as in post-graduate programme with outstanding academic performance. His major contributions in the quality assurance are, establishment of state of the art quality assurance laboratory and consistently driving QMS to meet customer requirements in terms of quality. Improved lot acceptance, lot release and complaint management system. With his rich expertise in quality assurance, production and processing activities of vegetable seeds and cotton, actively driven various cross functional process improvements and seed technology trials to improve / enhance quality of seed. Successfully managed data migrations, master-data development & management and implementation of LIMS system.

He is a certified QMS Auditor / Lead Auditor with experience in conducting process audits and hygiene audits. As an OE Champion he has handled lean projects to bring efficiency in QA processes.
