Praveen Reddy is a graduate in Agriculture and has over 23+ years of experience in Indian Seed Industry including Dupont Pioneer (Now Known as Corteva Agri sciences), Zuari Seeds, Parry Monsanto, EID Parry and Lead Beter Seeds. He has started his career from front-end sales to grow further to Regional Manager, Zonal Manager, Commercial Unit Director (North) & a member of Country Leadership Team in Corteva Agri sciences. He is presently handling Field Crops sales for all India in SeedWorks International Pvt. Ltd.

He has been serving in all the key markets of India handling Corn, Hybrid Rice, Pearl Millet, Mustard, Sunflower & Cotton. He has successfully demonstrated building businesses, turning around operations with geographical expansion, market share gains, Profitability and sustained growth in revenue.

He brings in a wealth of experience in handling large teams, building market development models, driving channel fulfilment, establishing new products and appropriating digitization processes to success.
