SeedWorks welcomed 10 Talents from 5 different institutes from across India who joined as Management Trainee’s under the flagship program UDGAM (The Management Training Program). The Program was conducted from 15th July to 23rd July 2019, where the young managers showed immense enthusiasm and new exhilarating energies during various activities.
The Program began with the CEO interacting and boosting the young minds to envision themselves as the future leaders, followed by the Leadership Team providing insights about their functions thus giving the trainee’s in-depth understanding of how different functions work together to achieve organizations goal through interesting presentations, Quizzes, Brainstorming/ Team-building Activities, as well as Practical lessons through Field visit to R&D, Quality Lab and Processing Plant.
Seed Works wishes all the young managers a very good luck as they embark on a new journey ahead.
