SeedWorks Vegetable Business Team conducted Half Yearly – Review & Preview meeting on 8th and 9th October. The virtual meeting was held in the presence of Mr. Venkatram Vasantavada (MD & CEO), Mr. Rajan Narayanan (CFO), Mr. Ajay Juneja (Business Head – Vegetable Crops), Mr. Ghanshyam Chandra Singh (Vice President–HR) and Mr. Pulkit Mittal (Associate Vice President-Digital Transformation).
During the two -day discussions, team actively participated to review H1 progress, to preview H2 & subsequent task planner. Each of the member shared his/her thoughts/updates with live examples; crafted the virtual meeting to be a perfect platform for the knowledge transfer and mutual learning. The best practices towards business excellence maintenance amidst the prevailing challenging times were discussed in detail.
The meeting kindled a positive spirit & go-getter approach in the team to drive the second half goals of Conflux 2021.
