Mr. Ramanjula Reddy, Madhuvandla Palla Village, Sampalla Taluka, Kadapa district cultivated SW 502 in half acres of land. He planted 4500 plants in half acre and done the first harvest in 42-45 days after transplanting. He sold the flowers to Hyderabad / Chennai markets at a price of Rs.30/kg during regular days and Rs.70-80/kg in festive season.
