SeedWorks Leadership Team led by Managing Director and CEO Mr. Venkatram Vasantavada along with the Gujarat Production Team of cotton went on trekking in Polo forest near Idar, Gujarat on 31st July. This team building exercise was organised to enhance trust, self-confidence, courage and to push the team to take risk and experiment beyond capabilities.
Polo Forest is the best weekend gateway between the states of Gujarat and Rajasthan. It is located at a distance of about 150 km from Ahmedabad near Abhapur village of Vijaynagar taluka and has been developed as an eco-tourist spot. The beautiful place is blessed with natural resources including forests, temples, local life, birds, mountain ranges, wildlife and a river harnessed by a dam.
The core idea behind this team building was to empower individuals to contribute to common goals. The very success of an organization depends on the ability of its employees to work as a team, understand each other’s strengths as well as weaknesses, take interest in each other’s interest, and deliver the quality work that is desired, together. The team members also soaked themselves in the Dandiya fervour and participated with lot of enthusiasm and zeal
